Distance Challenges
Utilizing the aerial photography measurements can be calculated to accurate in the 8 to 10 foot range.
When a school districts contacts New Designs because measurements are challenged the first step is to check the street network measurements verifying its accuracy. We then provide the district with an email attaching a photograph similar to the above example including the route taken.
As in the past we provide complete support for challenges and can check a measurement and have the results in less than 24 hours (in many instances only 15 minutes).

Walker
/ Rider Measurements compiled for walker riders can depict several distances on one map as in the example below. Measurements are computer generated based on street network. The network is created using street center lines that are accurate and match the aerial photography. Once completed we can provide the district with web ready files, enabling the district to display the maps on the internet.
